TaeKwon-Do
- Student for 10 years
- Instructor for 7 years, including 2 yrs of teaching 4-7 year old children in our 'Lil Dragon' classes
- Cardio Kickboxing Instructor for 2.5 years
- Assisted in teaching numerous women's self-defense seminars
My involvement in TaeKwon-Do has kept me very involved with the community. As a requirement for testing for black belt, we must perform many hours of community service.
